Fresh Blueberry Muffins, by Yesenia


If you like blueberries this is the dessert for you. If you think it’s good make it in your kitchen.

wooden spoon colander


1 1/2 cup fresh blueberries

2/3 cup sugar

1 1/2 cup flour

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/3 cup oil

2 eggs, beaten

1/2 cup milk


1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray the muffin tin with cooking spray.

2. Put the blueberries into a colander and rinse them off.

3. In a large bowl combine the sugar, flour, baking soda, and salt.

4. In a small bowl combine the oil, beaten eggs, and milk.

5. Add the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir together until they are just blended.

6. Fold the blueberries into the batter.

7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan so each cup is about 2/3 full.

8. Bake 18-20 minutes, or until muffins are lightly browned and cooked.

Helpful Hint:

Don’t put too much salt because then it’s going to be salty.

At the end take out the muffins when they’re browned.
